Description: The Multi unit residential Apartment is a simple yet innovative housing solution in an urban site in Chennai.

The three storey apartment contains 6 two-bedroom units with 2 in each floor and stilt level for parking. The paired apartments accessed by central common corridor having a lift and a stairwell connecting the floors above. Every living unit consists of a foyer, open living and dining space, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and series of balconies with French doors and windows ensuring sufficient light, view and cross ventilation, thus softening the threshold between the interior and exterior spaces

The modern exterior design with an interesting play of materials and texture using white walls, wooden cladding, grey finished exposed brick texture and glass balustrades. The openings are emphasized with horizontal and vertical shading that interlock and juxtapose to creating a characterful and a unique facade.
