A Series of low rise 5 apartment blocks and 8 villas with typical plans and facades on the either side of KalaingerSalai induces a sense delight and harmony to users and the passers-by.

Each apartment block is 3 levels high consisting of parking and 2-bedroom house in the ground level. Two 2-bedroom houses at the first-floor level. A 3-bedroom house and compact 2-bedroom house at the second-floor level. Each space is well-planned and well-ventilated and filled with sunlight.

The 4 twin villas with each villa consisting of spacious 4 bedrooms with a master bedroom having a Spurling sit out and a private terrace at the second-floor level.

The facade design comprises of series of balconies, planters, pergolas in white and wood cladding materials emphasizes its unique character and turn the project in to a sculptural piece of art.
