Description: Located in the locality of Kottivakam, ECR, Chennai for a Plot of wide frontage we decided to construct a two identical villa’s with same requirement. The Ground floor has living room, Dining room, Kitchen and a Guest Bedroom and on the first floor a Family sit out and two master Bedroom.

The emphasis was given to the urban scape of the Street where the surroundings were developing rapidly. So we arrived with idea of bringing the basic modern material like steel, Concrete and wood on the façade. Then we balanced the volumes by introducing projecting cubes and voids which gave it a fresh contemporary look to the whole façade merging with the developing surrounding and will stand as a distinct type of approach for future.
