Description: Clients’ requirement for a contemporary multi-storey motorbike showroom in one of Chennai’s busiest commercial areas. On a challenging site which was both narrow and triangular. We had to come up with a design that makes most of the opportunity presented to us.

The stilt floor was used for vehicular parking and the upper two storeys of 4605 sq.ft dedicated for retail with a clear floor space providing options for a flexible display.

The corner of the acute frontage was used as the access and service core. The western façade frames a massive two storey show window accentuates by glazing, exposed mullions, wooden strip panels adding texture and lightening the sharp form. The S-W part of the façade is stylized by a dynamic arrangement of full height windows.

Overall making this project with a peculiar site into a striking iconic landmark in its posh commercial surrounding.
