Our Scope of Work: Conceptual Drawings, Architectural Design, Interiors and Project Management

Description: Located on a 4 acre site, the house strategically planned on the southern edge of the hilltop with the most picturesque view of the tea plantations of Kodaikanal towards the East.

The approach to design was to create a sustainable home that could be built on the available contours and retaining walls minimizing impact on the site landscape and ecology.

The exterior of the home is an assemblage of stacked glass fronted cubes with projecting terraces. These cantilevered volumes connect the interiors to sunbathed terraces overlooking the breath-taking view of the mountains.
